Lin’s skecthup has been finished in a very high level compare with others. His initial drawing is based on two words which are “alien” and “garden”. I have been told these circles on the top of section represent aliens and underneath it is a garden, people can sit together with their alien friends in peace. To be honest it is not that easy to recognize the real meaning from his first drawing. But I very appreciate on what he has done for his sketchup, for example the bumpy ground surface is designed accurately. As we see from his sketchup, the whole thing actually is a kind of park in completely different structure contrasts parks in these days. People can go up to have a better view on the top of the “alien ships” or they can come to downstairs. The problem is its shape doesn’t match with the structure he used for “alien ship”. These two parts of the section seems like two individual parts and are forced to put together and the design for downstairs doesn’t complete as he did for upstairs.
